Turkmen President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov expressed condolences to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev for the terrorist act in Vladikavkaz, which resulted in numerous fatalities and injuries on Friday, the Turkmen government reported on Saturday.
"Turkmenistan strongly condemns all manifestations of terrorism and extremism and fully supports the efforts of the international community to combat and eliminate this evil," the message said.
The Turkmen leader also conveyed words of sincere sympathy and support to the families and friends of those killed and injured.
