An electoral staff of the Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan (ACSDA) will observe the elections in 4,400 electoral districts, Maharram Zulfugarli, the head of electoral staff said today an international conference in Trend's conference hall.
He said that it will be impossible to observe elections in the Nakhichivan Autonomous Republic due to problems with dispatching ACSDA observers to this region.
Despite obstacles in the country's some regions, the Association's 400 observers, who were registered in the CEC, will be sent to several electoral districts in these regions.
Observers in the field will assess electoral activity and will fix any violations during the electoral process.
Candidates, wining in different electoral districts, will be publicized based on the results of polls included in the election protocols
ACSDA will present a preliminary report at a press conference to be held Nov. 8 and will publisize a final conclusion after a while.
Zulfugarli said the Association also observed the pre-election situation in the country and an interim report will be presented on the threshold of the election day.
Azerbaijani parliamentary elections are scheduled for Nov. 7, 2010.
