The law "On conclusion, execution and termination of international contracts of the Azerbaijan Republic" will be amended.
The bill will be submitted for discussion at the next parliamentary meeting scheduled for June 21, the parliament told Trend.
Under the amendments, international contracts concluded by Azerbaijan's relevant executive authorities, will be considered as intergovernmental contracts.
Heads of government agencies will be authorized to hold international negotiations and sign international contracts of Azerbaijan.
This law will authorize public institutions to ensure execution of obligations undertaken by Azerbaijan on issues regulated by international contracts and concerning their authorities.
