Azerbaijani First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva has been awarded with the French state order - the Order of the Legion of Honor in Baku today.
Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Nicholas Sarkozy of France attended the ceremony.
French President Nicolas Sarkozy addressed the ceremony.
The French President awarded the Azerbaijani First Lady with the Order of the Legion of Honor.
In her speech, the Azerbaijani First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva thanked French President Nicolas Sarkozy.
