Azerbaijan, Baku, November 15 / Trend, E. Huseynli /
The bill "On Nationwide Leader" can become the law in Azerbaijan in future, Ali Hasanov, Head of the President's Office's public and political department, told Trend on Tuesday.
"If there are proposals concerning passage of the law "On Nationwide Leader", they must be examined. Every person, who forwards this idea, has definite intellect and is informed of similar laws existing in the world," Hasanov said.
In Azerbaijan, a series of MPs suggest passing the law "On Nationwide Leader".
The Parliament will express its official attitude to this proposal, perhaps, after various attitudes to the proposal are expressed, Hasanov said.
"As the state develops, all internal processes within it inevitably get legalized, and lawmaking activity is developed on this basis. Once there was no law on ex-presidents in Azerbaijan but now we have passed it. The law on political parties was a declarative legal act, but now it is improved. There was no law on non-governmental organizations, but it was also passed later on.
The law on press did not meet modern requirements so we have upgraded it. As the community and state develop, any emptiness is filled in as a result of legal initiatives, and any action is based upon the law," Hasanov said.
