Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on Tuesday appointing Khazar Aslanov as chief executive of the Khizi region, while Vagif Abdullayev was dismissed from this post by another presidential decree.
By another presidential order Khazar Aslanov was dismissed as chief executive of the Yardimli region, while Sevindik Khatamov was appointed to this post according to another presidential decree.
On Tuesday, the President appointed Vagif Abdullayev as chief executive of the Beylagan region.
At the same time, Irshad Aliyev was dismissed as chief executive of the Beylagan region by the presidential decree.
President Aliyev also signed a decree to dismiss Fakhraddin Melikov as chief executive of the Kurdamir region. According to another presidential decree, Irshad Aliyev was appointed to this post.
