President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today arrived in the country`s Salyan District.
The Head of State started his visit by placing flowers at a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in the city's centre.
Head of Salyan district Executive Authorities Tahir Karimov informed the President that the reconstruction work in the Heydar Aliyev Park began in 2011.
The park covers a total area of 22,000 square meters. The monument to the national leader was made by People's Artist Natig Aliyev.
