Deputy Chairman - Executive Secretary of the New Azerbaijan Party Ali Ahmadov met with the head of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) observation mission, Tana de Zulueta on Wednesday at the headquarters of the party.
Ahmadov noted that, much significance is attached to the activity of the international group of observers from the point of view of assessing the election process, the party's official website reported.
Tana de Zulueta, expressing her gratitude for the sincere reception, noted that she welcomes the step of Azerbaijani government on observation of the election process from the beginning.
Preparation for elections and issues related to the election campaign were discussed at the meeting.
The the meeting was also attended by the deputy executive secretary of the New Azerbaijan Party Siyavush Novruzov.
