Informal meeting of foreign ministers of Eastern Partnership countries kicks off in Baku

The 4th informal meeting of foreign ministers of EU Eastern Partnership countries started in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan on Sept.9.
The main purpose of the meeting is to expand partnership under the Eastern Partnership program and discuss the progress achieved after the summit in Vilnius in 2013.
It is planned to hold a press conference following the meeting.
The meeting is attended by EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule, Deputy High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Helga Schmidt, Georgian and Moldavian foreign ministers, as well as Belarusian and Ukrainian deputy foreign ministers.
Armenia isn't represented at the event.
