The US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia Evelyn Farkas arrived in Baku, the US embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend Sept. 18.
During the visit Farkas is expected to have meetings with Azerbaijani officials, during which the parties will discuss issues of security and defense.
