Turkey’s Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications Ahmet Arslan will visit Azerbaijan in late November, Erkan Ozoral, Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan, told reporters Nov. 7 in Baku.
The diplomat noted that along with Arslan, the visit of the Turkish parliament speaker Ismail Kahraman to Azerbaijan is also scheduled for December in connection with the opening of a building of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-Speaking Countries (TurkPA) in Baku.
Ozoral added that the Azerbaijani-Turkish relations have dynamic character.
