Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has offered condolences to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan over the terror attack in the Kayseri province.
“We were deeply saddened by the news that Turkish soldiers were martyred and injured as a result of a horrible terror attack in Kayseri,” said President Aliyev in his letter.
“We condemn this bloody accident, support you fight against the evil of terrorism, and always stand by brotherly Turkey,” noted the president.
“On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my deepest condolences to you, the bereaved families, loved ones of those who died and the brotherly people of Turkey, and wish the injured the swiftest possible recovery,” added President Aliyev. “May Allah rest the souls of the dead in peace!”
