"4 TOCHKA Short Range Theatre Ballastic Missile to Mingachevir industrial city of Azerbaijan launched by Armenia. No serious damage to infrastructure. But civilians wounded. Armenia's state terror&environmental terror continues. Mingachevir is also big water reservoir," Hajiyev wrote.
