Chief of the War College of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Lieutenant General Heydar Piriyev met with a delegation led by Chief of the Naval Academy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Rear Admiral Shifaat Ali Khan on March 4, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told Trend.
“The Pakistani delegation is on an official visit to Azerbaijan,” the message said. “The sides expressed gratification with the development of the Azerbaijan-Pakistan relations and discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation in the field of military education.”
According to the message, the guests were informed about the military education system in Azerbaijan.
“In the end, a photo was taken, as well as an excursion to the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum and the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art was organized,” the message said.
