SHUSHA, Azerbaijan, April 28. Azerbaijan sends message of readiness for peace, Emin Huseynov, special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the territories liberated from Armenian occupation [in the 2020 second Karabakh war] within the Karabakh economic region (except Shusha district), said, Trend reports.
Huseynov made the remark at the international conference - "South Caucasus Development & Cooperation" in Azerbaijan’s Shusha city on April 28.
According to him, the Karabakh conflict is over and Azerbaijan has repeatedly declared its readiness to establish peace.
"Our country is interested in peace and stability in the region. Azerbaijan is a country which has managed to integrate well into regional processes, and Armenia still has a chance to join the regional integration. Better late than never," he added.
