BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 15. Rector of Lomonosov Moscow State University Viktor Sadovnichiy has sent a letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, Trend reports.
