BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 14. President of the Republic of Iraq Abdullatif Jamal Rashid has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the national holiday, National Salvation Day, Trend reports.
