BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 28. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Peru Dina Ercilia Boluarte Segarra on the occasion of the national holiday of Peru - Independence Day, Trend reports.
