Court proceedings on removal of conviction from the chairman of the National Democratic Party (NDP) (Boz Gurd) Iskender Hamidov, scheduled for 7 July, delayed, the NDP told Trend.
The court proceedings are set for 8 July. The Hamidov’s lawsuit will be considered by the Sabayil district court’s judge, Ilham Agayev.
Hamidov raised the issue of the conviction removal at the Sabayil district court to take part at the parliamentary elections.
