The initial investigation on the accident at the �Baki Soveti’ underground station on 8 June 2005 was completed and materials on the criminal case were passed to the court for consideration, the press-service of the General Prosecutor’s Office told Trend.
The case will be considered at the Sabail district court.
1 person died and 18 people were severe injured as a result of the breakdown of the escalator at the �Baki Soveti’ underground station on 8 June. The Sabail district Prosecutor’s Office filed criminal case and revealed guilty of Namig Dadashov, an employer of electromechanical service of the Baku Underground, Elkhan Aliyev, an engineer of the escalator, and Renat Nizamaddinov, the foreman.
