The Defense Minister of Azerbaijan General Colonel Safar Abiyev received on 8 September 2005 the vice president of the International Group on Crisis Situations Alain Deletrouz staying currently in Baku and the project director on Caucasus Sabina Freiser, the Defense Ministry’s press service told Trend.
The sides held exchange of opinions on history, the causes of emergence and consequences of the Karabakh conflict.
Deletrouz informed Abiyev of the activities of the International Group on Crisis Situations at the meeting.
