Baku Executive Power sanctions rally of NAP

“The Baku Executive Power sanctioned the rally of the New Azerbaijan party (NAP), scheduled for 4 November,” Zaur Ramazanov, the head of the PR of the Baku Executive Power, told Trend.

He said that the reply letter says that the Baku Executive Power allow the NAP to hold rally from 20 January subway station to Galaba squere on 4 November from 15.00pm to 18.00pm.

�Azadlig’ (Freedom) bloc plans to hold mass actions from 3 to 4 November, but Ramazanov noted that no address entered to them from the bloc. In accordance with the Law on freedom of assembly, the organizers of the mass actions are due to send alerting letter at least 5 days before action. The Executive Power has to reply 2 days before the event.
