The law �On Adoption of a joint communiqué between Azerbaijan and Turkey” became effective on Satiuday (5 November). The communiqué was signed by the sides in Baku on 30 June and adopted by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on 30 September 2005.
The head of state also adopted an agreement on copyrights and adjacent legal bodies between the governments of Azerbaijan and Turkey, signed in Baku on 30 July 2005. The law, previously adopted by the parliament, enacted into law on 5 November 2005.
