“Prisoners take active part in the elections,” Musa Humbatov, the head of the headquarters of the Central Department of Execution of Court Sentence, told Trend.
“Prisoners come to the election station from 8.00am and vote for their candidate. The employees of the Justice Ministry, journalists, observers attending election stations to show interested in the course of the voting. No negative case has been registered and I hope that it will continue hence,” Humbatov stressed.
He also noted that the voting will continue in reformatories till 20.00p. The people kept in childish reformatories do not participate in the elections.
