The authorities are ready for the dialogue with the opposition representatives, protesting agints the results of the elections, the executive secreatary of the ruling New Azerbaiajn party (NAP) Ali Ahmedov said, Trend reports.
He noted, the authorities intend to hold a dialogue with the opposition in order to make clear the issues related to the elections. В"But it does not mean, we will take the standpoint of the opposition. We are merely supporters of the dialogue aimed at proving the democratic character of the elections and their doubts in this respect”.
Ahmedov also said, they are ready to discuss not only with the oppositionists, but with any candidate in regard to the elections. В"The opposition is to reconcile with the defeat at the elections”, Ahmedov said. “They say, the elections must be held anew. It will never happen. The opposition was defeated at the lections. They should not look for the guilty side”.
