Except for OSCE representatives, all foreign observers who arrived to watch the 6 November parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, have completed their activities and returned to their countries, the head of international relations department of the Central Election Committee (CEC) Rovzat Gasimov told Trend.
He said, for the moment only observers from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) remained in Azerbaijan. They monitor the post-election process and remain in Azerbaijan for some time.
Representatives of international institutions, official and non-governmental organizations of foreign states, foreign media have already left Azerbaijan.
