The Central Elections Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan will dispatch the facts of frauds of criminal character, revealed in the constituencies where the result of polls were annulled, Yusif Bagirzade, a member of the CEC told Trend.
He said that the irregularities of criminal character will not be sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office separately. All facts will be summarized and after completion of investigation sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office.
Bagirzade said that so far only facts of criminal character were to the Prosecutor General’s Office and the results of poll were annulled in these polling stations.
