“The criminal case in regard to the three more people violated the election legislation was submitted to courts for consideration,” Antiga Gonaghova, the employee of the Prosecutor General’s Office, told Trend.
“The people are accused on article 159.1 (hinder suffrage) of the Elections Code of Azerbaijan. The Prosecutor General’s Office submitted 9 criminal cases to appropriate courts 10 days ago and now presented 3 more cases,” she said.
4 criminal cases are in the process at the Prosecutor General’s Office. The investigation on the cases will be over soon.
