Groups, created by the opposition MP in Milli Medjlis [parliament], will not negatively affect on the work of parliament, Deputy Speaker Bahar Muradova told Trend.

Two groups were created by the MPs from opposition. One of the groups consisting of 4 MPs from Musavat, including Panax Huseynov, whereas the second group of 6 members organized by opposition MPs consists of representatives from different parties.

Opposition members are unable to create their own fraction due to their minority and groups organized by them won` t be able to affect the work of parliament. 1 or 5-6 MPs can speak on the discussion of the same question. There is nothing unusual in it, Muradova underlined.

I dont think that if 5-6 MPs unite, they can change something at the parliament or they would be able collectively to make changes into the decision on any issue. Parliament is a collegial body and any question may come under discussion and decisions on it can be different. And it doesnt matter whether it was suggested for discussion by one person or a group of persons, Muradova concluded.
