There is no problem in practical view in preparations for by-elections to Milli Majlis [Parliament], Trend reports quoting Mauricio Pavesi, the head of the OSCE Baku Office.
The elections process officially started, while reply to participation of OSCE/ODIHR observers will be received soon, Pavesi stressed.
The head of the Baku Office noted that OSCE would also express its opinion on the 13 May elections.
