The Talks to create the Turkish States Parliamentary Assembly are now being held, the head of the constant commission on culture in Milli Mejlis, head of the Inter-parliamentary Friendly group Azerbaijan-Turkey, Nizami Jafarov told Trend.

The given idea has already received the negative reaction on part of Armenia, he said. However, they have to reasons to worry, he added. As our aim is not to create a big, great Turan state. Neither do we want to create a single parliament or hold single elections in the Turkish world. The aim is to build ties between the turksih countries parliaments, conduct consultations, to take part in the joint harmony of peace.

Though, the Assembly is not expected to be created this year. There will be no state that would not want to join it, he concluded.
