A teacher of Izmir Economy University (IEU) of Turkey, Ozan Arslan, has been elected as one of 10 long-term observers of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on re-run parliamentary elections scheduled for 13 May 2006, Trend reports citing the Turkish media.
The teacher of the European Union and International Relationships Dean will be sent one of 10 constituency commission, as well as participate in the monitoring by the Central Elections Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan.
