One of complaints submitted via the hotline of Central Election Commission (CEC) has been proved, reportedly said Azer Sariyev, head of press service, CEC.
Sariyev said one of complaints was submitted by Eslshad Mesayev, nominee from second Binagadi district в"- 9, accusing his rival Rafael Jabrayilov of bribing voters. This message was immediately sent to local election commission and proved to be correct. The complaint was addressed to Binagadi area Police Department.
Another complaint was submitted by voters of Zagatala district в"- 110. Dwellers of Aliadab and Mosul reported ongoing agitation for nominee Arif Gajili.
Sariyev said this fact is being checked but still not proved to be correct.
