Musavat party postponed procession-meeting scheduled for June 10

Musavat party postponed the procession-meeting scheduled for June 10 in Galaba square, Trend reports with reference to the same party.

Musavat party planned to hold a procession-meeting in Galaba square on June 10 from 17.00 am to 19.00 pm for the protection of rights of our compatriots living in South Azerbaijan. For this purpose, the party forwarded an appeal to the Executive Power of Baku city. After Baku mayor didnt permitted Musavat party to hold a procession-meeting on June 8, the chairman of the party Isa Gambar on June 9 held a meeting with deputy chairmen to discuss the answer of Baku mayor.

During the meeting, a decision was made on cancellation of the procession-meeting scheduled for June 10. However, it was stated that the issue of conducting of the meeting remained on the agenda. Next week Musavat party will host a round table in connection with the events taken place in Iran.
