On October 30, the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev received the Co-rapporteurs of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Andreas Herkel and Tony Lloyd.
The meeting focused on the democratic process in Azerbaijan and reforms with regards to the policy, economy and other areas of interest, Trend reports.
In addition, the parties also discussed the current level of co-operation between Azerbaijan and the Council of Europe and possible future prospects.
