58 criminals were arrested in the territory of Russia as a result of productive cooperation between the Interior Ministries of Azerbaijan and Russia. The statement was made by Russian Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev in a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ramil Usubov in Baku on 22 December.
Minister Nurgaliyev spoke about positive developments observed in the consolidation of cooperation between the Interior Ministries of the two countries. With respect to the protocol signed between the Russian and Azerbaijan Interior Ministries in Baku on 22 December the Russian Minister said that the document offers ground for closer bilateral relationships.
During the meeting, the two Ministers mulled results of fighting with crimes in their countries, as well as adequate measures for strengthening the activities and joint efforts.
