The member of the Azerbaijan delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE, Eldar Ibrahimov, informed Trend that the Chairman of the OSCE PA and Rapporterur on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Goran Lennmarker will visit region on February 8-10. According to him, Lennmarker has completed his report regarding Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
But yet the Organization fears to present the report to the discussions. Discussing the report faces a number of problems. The Head of the OSCE PA states that there is OSCE Minsk Group, of which co-chairs have been involved in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. After the co-chairs complete their work, the OSCE PA may make a decision. All these proceed from double standards, Ibrahimov said.
