New Fighters for Air Force and Anti-Aircraft Defence Force of Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr. E. Huseynly / New fighters have been bought for the Air Force and the Anti-Aircraft Defence Force of Azerbaijan.

Lieutenant-General Rayil Rzayev, the Commander-in-Chief of the Air Forces and the Aircraft Defence Forces of Azerbaijan, reported that an aerodrome meeting international standards is to be opened soon.

He stated that he is aware of the deployment of the United States Anti-Aircraft Defence Force in Southern Caucasus and Azerbaijan, but declined to express his attitude towards the issue.

He said the information on Russia's intension to deploy S-300 and S-400 missiles in the military units of the region should the United States make a move, is false.
