Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr I. Alizadeh / MP Hadi Rajabli, the chairman of the Parliamentary Permanent Commission on Public Policy, stressed on 20 April the necessity to adopt the Law on Migration.
The chairman reported that the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) had passed the Law on Labour Migration. "Besides this law there is no other juridical document regarding migration," Rajabli noted.
Rajabli stated that the migration issues in Azerbaijan should be considered by the State Committee on Refugees and Internally Displaced People. "They have a good experience in this field, what can help in the management of the process," MP added.
