Trend S.Agayeva / The Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Kuwait, Shahin Abdullayev, said on 6 June that the prospects of co-operation will be discussed in Baku on 8-9 June within the official visit of the Foreign Ministers of Kuwait, Sheikh Muhammad Al Sabah and Bahrain Kingdom, Khaled Al Khakifa, to Azerbaijan. The visit of the Foreign Ministers of the two countries to Azerbaijan will take place within their tour to the countries of Central Asia. During their visit, the Foreign Ministers will discuss with the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov, the issues of bilateral, regional and international co-operation, the Ambassador said.

According to him, no documents are planned to be signed within the visit. The protocol on consultations between the Foreign Ministries has already been signed at the time of Azerbaijan Foreign Minister's visit to Kuwait in January. The Foreign Ministers of Kuwait and Bahrain are expected to meet other senior officials of Azerbaijan as well.
