The reaction from the United States on the proposal on the settlement of the anti-missile defence (AMD) problem, put forward by Russian President will display the real aims of Washington in placing AMD in Eastern Europe, according to the head of the International Committee of State Duma (Russian parliament), Konstantin Kosachev .
