Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Ilhamgizi / The Chief of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan (SBS), Elchin Guliyev, said on 8 June, that military trainings on on-shore and off-shore borders of the Caspian Sea will be organized for the border frontier guards this year.
According to Guliyev, the trainings will differ from military trainings of previous years.
"Our technical capabilities are increasing each year. It will lead to the increase of the common forces attended the trainings. Yet the dates of the trainings have not been confirmed," he said.
Guliyev did not exclude the possibility that the Azerbaijani frontier guards will undergo joint-military trainings with the Iranian and Russian frontiers guards.
