Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend P.Amirjanov / On 20 June, the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, issued a decree on measures to prevent the pollution of the Caspian Sea. The decree envisages installing 12 clean-up equipments on the Azerbaijani shore of Caspian Sea in Bilgah-Shuvalan zone and Pirallahy island. AZN 3.5 mln will be allocated from the Reserve Fund of the President for this purpose. The decree presents appropriate tasks to the Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Ecology and Ministry of Finance.
