Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. К.Zarbaliyeva / The investigation involving the Azerbaijani rapper, Elshad Khose, charged of drug keeping, was completed. Bahruz Mammadov, the investigator of the Yasamal District Police Station, said Khose and his lawyer would be invited to familiarize with the investigation materials.
A criminal case was filed after Khose was arrested while carrying heroin.
Khose is a popular rapper and suffers from heart problems. He was arrested as a result of drugs operations held by Yasamal District Police Station. A criminal case has been filed for the contravention of Article 234.1 (illegal keeping of drugs) of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code. The rapper was sentenced to two months in prison by the decision of the court and is being held in the Bayil Investigation Cell 1.
The investigator said that the case would be submitted to the Yasamal District Court for consideration in the near future. In compliance with the Articles Khose is charged of envisages three years in prison.
