Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S.Ilhamgizi / The opening ceremony of the House of Azerbaijan will be held in London in February 2008, Vusal Gamziyev, House of Azerbaijan' head, said.
According to Gamziyev, the cultural centre of Azerbaijan was established by the London Azerbaijanis Young Club and intelligentsia representatives in 2006. However, the structure was not allocated with office.
The House of Azerbaijan has a library, hall and musical studio. There are books about Azerbaijan in different languages in the library.
Azerbaijani officials and art representatives are expected to attend at the opening ceremony.
The House of Azerbaijan jointly with European Forum of Azerbaijani Students will hold Youth Forum in February 2008.
According to Gamziyev, about 8,000 Azerbaijanis live in London.
