Britney Spears set to start filming second music video
(news.sawf.org) - Even as Britney's new album, Blackout, tail spins out of the popular charts the troubled singer is set to film her second video for the track "Piece Of Me" starting Tuesday, November 27, 2007.
According to Us weekly the filming will start at 8 AM at the Hollywood Athletic Club on Sunset Boulevard, under the direction of Wayne Isham who in the past has done videos for Metallica, Queensryche, Pink Floyd and Britney Spears (I'm Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman, 2002).
Paparazzi have been on Britney spears mind for some time now. More so lately because she has been jumping red lights and driving dangerously to evade them.
The track, Piece Of Me, alludes to photogs wanting a piece of Britney.
The video shows a group of dancers, wearing identical wigs and trench coats, sneak Britney into a club undetected by paparazzi. However, when the disguise comes off inside the club the paparazzi rush in. Other scenes in the video include Britney dancing on a bar and running down a stair.
Most of the video will be shot using fifteen dancers and a Britney body double. On Tuesday, the custody challenged mama will shoot for just two hours, from 12 pm to 2 pm, because of a scheduled visit by her toddlers.
Blackout has now been officially declared a flop having sold just 430,000 copies in its first month.
Britney's first two albums sold over 20 million copies and the third over 10 million copies.
On another front, lawyers for Britney and ex Kevin Federline have agreed to let their toddlers Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, spend Christmas with Britney, since they had spent Thanksgiving with Kevin.
