Sixty Newspapers Evicted from Azerbaijan State Publishing House
Azerbaijan, Baku, 19 March / Trend corr I. Alizade/ The administration of the Azerbaijan publishing house evicted about 60 short-lived newspapers, which have small circulation and are engaged in racket.
"The newspapers which have been evicted from the publishing house, in fact are not proper newspapers. We are still fighting against them," the Director of the Azerbaijan publishing house Agabey Askarov told Trend on 19 March.
About 3,000 newspapers and magazines were registered at the Justice Ministry. Only 100 of them have permanent circulation.
