Ankara Lyceum’s New Building Opened in Baku
Azerbaijan, Baku, 21 May / Trend corr J. Babayeva/ A new building of the Ankara Lyceum was opened in the Narimanov district in Baku on 21 May.
Azerbaijani Education Minister Misir Mardanov said at the opening ceremony that he hopes Ankara Lyceum will become the most exemplary educational establishment in Azerbaijan.
According to the Education Attache of the Turkish Embassy in Azerbaijan Salaheddin Dikmen, the students of the Lyceum will be able to represent Azerbaijan with dignity at the international level.
Ankara Lyceum hosting over 1,400 students and 100 tutors was repaired in 2006 with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
