Azerbaijan, Baku, 9 September / Trend corr. S.Kazimli / The Azerbaijani court sentenced a police captain charged of willful homicide to 15-year imprisonment.
Juridical procedure on lawsuit of Police Captain Rafat Jafarov, an employee of the Salyan District Police Department, was completed at the Court of Serious Crimes on 9 September, Trend news reported.
Jafarov killed his wife Konul Habibova, brother-in-low Galib Habibov and sister-in-low Afag Habibova with service arm at his house located in the centre of Salyan Region.
Lawsuit was filed on Jafarov in accordance with Article 120.2.7 (willful homicide of two and more people) of the Criminal Code.
