Sarkhan Abdulrahim oglu Yahyazade, officer and lieutenant of a military unit of the Defence Ministry located in Kurdamir region of Azerbaijan (180km of Baku), committed a suicide with his service gun, a military source said to Trend .
Yahyazade was called up for military service by the Military Commissariat of Goranboy region.
The Military Prosecutor Office of Terter region has filed a suit on compelling to death.
Military Prosecutor Office of Terter region confirmed the information. Officers of the Prosecutor Office are conducting investigation at the scene of incident.
The Defence Ministry said the suicide is being investigated.
